Fall Program
Our traditional fall program is done on a prepay basis. Traditionally we take a head and shoulders portrait of each child in the school. Usually if the school has class photos taken, they are also done on picture day.
Using our background replacement program we offer many different backgrounds to choose from. Parents have the option of ordering from a variety of packages or an individual portrait units. A retouching option is also avaliable as well as special products including magnets and key chains.
Parents may place their order online or use the payment envelope that we provide. Any parent who does not order by picture day will receive a 2nd Chance form. Parents may choose to place their second chance orders using two methods. They can fill out the second chance form and mail it to us or they can order directly online. Every child will receive a second chance proof.
Every student is provided with two child safe cards for their parents. These cards contain directions on what to do if their child ever goes missing. The card has a random password that gives parents access to their child’s photo 24/7 on our secure web site. All passwords are randomly generated and names are not attached to photos.
We have many other programs to help your school raise money. They include: panoramic of the graduating class, family portrait night, holiday portrait night, and springtime family portrait night. Families are able to view, choose, and take their pictures home the very same night on portrait nights.
Spring Program
Our springtime proof program is the only one of its kind in the New England area. It is a fun, interesting complement to the fall underclass picture program. Parents are given more choices then ever before in determining the look of their child’s picture. We have a library of backgrounds for schools to choose from. We work with you to determine the best backgrounds for your school. There are two different casual poses taken of every student. We change them every year. Parents will be given a proof with an order form after picture day and can mix and match backgrounds and poses.
In addition to traditional photos we try to include some fun items for our spring program. We have funpacks, key chains, photo mugs, photo bracelets, magnets, pens and much more to select from.
